How it works
Guest passes
Our guest passes are uniquely designed to fit your business and deliver whatever message you wish to send to guests. They are sized to fit in room key sleeves to hand out at check-in or displayed in the hotel lobby. Guest passes are marketed by the front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, director of sales for groups & integrated with hotel rewards programs.
You will have a 3.5 x 2 space to display your message, specials, and promos. You’ll be able to use these passes to track the volume of guests coming in and where they are coming from. All guest passes will include an expiration date. This helps our staff deliver great service to guests & provides a great tool for our partners to track the success of the program.
VIP Hotel staff cards
This is an optional feature that is looking to offer service industry discounts to hotel staff members. Each one of our hotel staff members will receive a VIP club card. These cards are durable and meant to last the entire year. This allows our partners to offer a special discount/promo to hotel staff.
The cards strengthen the relationship between you and the hotel staff, through exceptional customer service and meaningful recommendations, that promote your business. This referral program also encourages staff members to experience your place so that they are better versed on local offerings, when giving guests recommendations.
Incentives
Our concierges will keep the front desk stocked with guest passes and run periodic contests to reward hotel staff who perform the best. The guest passes will have a spot for hotel staff to sign their name. Those who send the most guests to your business will receive gift cards or other prizes throughout the year to keep them engaged in the program. This has shown to be an extremely effective tool to ensure the program has maximum success.

The street team
Restaurants and hotels have many things in common. Long hours for the managers, working hard to please customers, and high turnover for employees. Our street team allows the programs in place to thrive by making frequent contact directly with our hotel managers and members.
This allows collateral to be distributed evenly between hotels throughout the year and maintain updated records of hotel managers & front desk workers; critical to consistent success through a conciergeʼs program.
